Conmemorando el Día Internacional del Museo, la Gobernación de Cochabamba a través de la Jefa de Cultura Luz Ordoñez, coordinó con 8 municipios del departamento para que hagan intercambio de estudiantes visitando sus diferentes museos.
«Una delegación va a visitar el museo de uno de los municipios y otra (delegación) va a otro para que los estudiantes conozcan lo que tienen los otros municipios, sepan más de su historia e interactúen», expresó Ordoñez.
Los municipios habilitados con sus respectivos museos son:
- Tarata: Museo de la chicha, convento franciscano San José, casa de la cultura, museo de la cerámica (Vilaque).
- Cliza (Ucureña): Museo de la revolución agraria.
- Tiquipaya: Museo cultural Plaza
- Sacaba: museo del maíz (Tutimayu), casa de la cultura.
- Vinto (Pairumani): Hacienda Villa Albina Patiño.
- Quillacollo: Museo de arte contemporáneo Chinchiri.
- Colcapirhua: Museo Hernán Cámara.
- Cercado: Museo de historia natural Alcide d’Orbigni.
